The Show Designer 2CF™ is a professional tabletop stage lighting controller for DMX 512 lighting fixtures designed to simplify the programming process. It can control 48 lighting fixtures of up to 32 channels each from two DMX 512 universes, or more fixtures if less than 32 channels per fixture are used, and can hold up to 4,752 programmable scenes and up to 1,152 programmable shows, chases, and presets.
Features include an effects engine with 48 built-in chases, (48) multi-function quick access buttons, (8) faders x 4 banks providing control of up to 32 DMX channels per fixture and scene masters, (4) rotary wheels for data entry, a joy stick for pan and tilt control which can also be controlled using a standard PC trackball/keyboard (not included), an 80-character backlit LCD display for easy programming, 3/5pin XLR connectors for DMX-512 output, polarity switches (3pin only) to accommodate different types of cable requirements, MIDI In/Out, RCA audio input, RS232 and PS/2 ports for trackball and pc connections, an internal read/write compact flash card drive which supports FAT16 formatted (2GB max) cards to load fixture profiles, software updates, and backup memory, a USB work light port (light not included) and a removable outer case providing the ability for 6 space 19-inch rack mounting.
