The KL FRESNEL Series impresses with high market acceptance and quality in the professional rental market.
German dry-hire specialists COrental have further expanded its inventory of Elation KL FRESNEL LED luminaires and now has an impressive 2,000 KL Series units in its rental fleet in Hilden near Düsseldorf. The milestone was recently celebrated at LEAT con 25 together with Elation and Elation distributor, LMP Lichttechnik.
From the First KL FRESNEL 4 to the Complete KL Portfolio
The collaboration between COrental, LMP, and Elation stretches back to October 2018, when COrental added its first KL models to its rental fleet – the KL FRESNEL 4 and KL FRESNEL 6 in warm white and cool white versions. The KL FRESNEL 8 followed in the spring of 2019. Since then, COrental’s inventory has consistently grown and now includes all variants from the KL FRESNEL 4 to the KL FRESNEL 8, including all color options.
COrental's early entry into the KL line was a deliberate move. Decisive factors included a desirable price-performance ratio and the already excellent collaboration with LMP. COrental’s substantial early investments likely also contributed to the KL Series’ market penetration and strong acceptance.
High Demand in TV and Trade Show
The KL FRESNEL Series has been a sought-after industry standard in the broadcast, film, streaming, and event sectors for years. At COrental, these fixtures are often used in TV and trade fair productions, where light quality, reliability, and quiet operation are paramount.
This latest investment again fell in the mid–hundreds. “The KL Series has proven itself a real workhorse in our rental fleet – robust, versatile, and with impressive light quality.
